Logtek was born in a harvester cab
Not in a big-city incubator. In Dégelis, in Quebec's Bas-Saint-Laurent, between two shifts.
Our story
Logtek comes from a family logging business that runs harvesters and forwarders in Eastern Quebec. We lived the same headaches as everyone: production reports on paper, fuel fills nobody writes down, maintenance that slips through the cracks, chains that take too long to arrive.
Off-the-shelf tools were made for big companies or well-connected offices. So we built our own. First software for our own machines, then chains we pick ourselves. Today we offer them to every logger.
